100! (101!)

ONE HUNDRED

Day 101!  Can you believe that?  I can't, well I can, I wrote all of them.  ;*P

I immediately think of the 100th day of school, the president's first 100 days, songs that start with 100 and count down, and learning to count to 100 with pre-Ks and Ks.

I think I'm going to go back and post the thankfulnesses of the 10s.

Day 10:  I am thankful for colorful leaves on autumn trees.
Day 20:  I am thankful that today is the beginning of Christmas break.
Day 30:  I'm thankful for sister time.
Day 40:  I am thankful for frozen dinners, freezers, washers, clean clothes, paper cups, dryers, and naps.
Day 50:  I am thankful for soup.
Day 60:  I am thankful for coffee.  Ok, and teas, and cocoa, too.
Day 70:  I am thankful for an easy, quiet day.
Day 80:  I am thankful for the seasons and the rhythms of the church year.
Day 90:  I'm thankful for the diversion of television and the joy of the dvd player.

Day 100:  I am thankful for learning how to notice good things in a day and how to be grateful.

There's a pretty good summary from Thanksgiving to Lent of the little thankfulnesses in my life.

The storm Monday left us with snow visible on the mountains and a chill in the air.   Although this photo isn't clear I love the greening foothill with the peaks covered in snow.  It's so very Spring in California.
