I am thankful. I'm not so sure I am thankful for anything in particular. I feel like the only thing that would suit this mood of thankfulness is a hymn. Maybe "All Things Bright and Beautiful" would do. I don't know how to make someone hear it (and I really don't want to know). We sing it as a choir anthem and it's been running through my head for much of the day. I like days when I have a song running through my head that is uplifting, or thoughtful, or provocative. Usually I can connect the song to circumstances. Today I think it's enough to be thankful.
