I am thankful for a day for kids to be at school but relaxed. I "subbed" for a couple hours in a 3rd grade class. They were making Mother's Day coupons and cards-sweet. We did a little bit of history and a little bit of science reading and discussion. Then I was back with my class. We made our Mother's Day gift-bath salts scented with berry scented body wash. The kids had made their cards for moms while I was covering the other class.
Back lit in the morning light. I like seeing the detail differently
Today I see ruffled knitting in the flowers.
My work will never rival the Creator's.
Abundance
Although they are as green as ever the apricots' shapes
are becoming more distinct.
