Today I am thankful for an unhurried day. We had our drama and we had a lot to do but we did what was needed. Work was good! Well, except for that one incident but we'll get over that, too. We have bonded again in defense of one. This is good. Cryptic, but good.
I'm thankful for choir, for unexpected hugs, and for teamwork.

I had to come back and add: I am thankful for Alvin and the Chipmunks! I found a 2 CD set of Alvin and the Chipmunks Christmas. One is the old recordings, remastered, that we had when we were kids. The other is the new Chipmunks. I've only had the "old" one on at work. One of my girls loves it and happily sat listening to Wahooo wahooooo wahooo wahoo on a "Walkman" while she was working independently. I put it on while working on an IEP. I made it through 5 carols before needing to let the Chipmunks be quiet!
